Our associate Company, Granton Medical Limited, manufactures a range of high quality single use, disposable products for applications in Medical, Dental and other Healthcare environments. The Granton® manufacturing plant is accredited to BS EN 46002:1996, ISO 9002:1994 and CE Marking for Medical Devices, Classes I and IIa. We have recently invested heavily in our 'state of the art' manufacturing plant for producing Self Seal Sterilisation Pouches at our factory in Sheffield and have focused on the increased interest in high integrity sterilisation processes in healthcare and hygiene environments. Other products include Surgical Scalpels and Blades and sterilisable Dental Laboratory Knives. Future plans include sterile packaging and procedure packs.

Self Seal Sterilisation Pouches

Recently introduced in the UK market, Granton® brand sterilisation pouches are designed for high integrity sterilisation by steam (autoclave) or ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilisers. The manufacturing is performed in a controlled environment with a unique, fully validated process and high speed production technique.

    Surgical Scalpels and Blades

    The Granton® range of scalpels includes all popular blade patterns and our sterile disposable scalpels are covered by UK and US patents. Granton® surgical scalpels and blades conform to BS 2982 and ISO 7740 to ensure accurate fitment and reliable quality. Most items are supplied in either sterile or non sterile packs to suit customer requirements.

    Scalpel Handles

    Metal Handles - accurately machined and fitted to BS 2982 and ISO 7740 international standards to ensure interchangeability with blades from other manufacturers. Available in alloy or stainless specifications. Also available in plastic.
